中國大連國際海事展覽會(huì)始于1992年，逢雙年舉辦，展會(huì)以東北亞船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)為依托，以中國船舶市場(chǎng)為立足點(diǎn)，致力于打造國際海事展會(huì)中國品牌。展會(huì)同期舉辦海洋與船舶科學(xué)技術(shù)論壇、國際海洋工程裝備發(fā)展論壇、國際航運(yùn)論壇、北方機(jī)務(wù)論壇四大主題論壇及慶典活動(dòng)、商務(wù)社交、新聞沙龍、投資貿(mào)易等四項(xiàng)專項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。

“國際海事盛會(huì)，立足中國市場(chǎng)”是大連海事會(huì)的宗旨，大連海事會(huì)將通過邀請(qǐng)港航、船舶等海事行業(yè)全面參與，組織專業(yè)有針對(duì)性的技術(shù)交流活動(dòng)，凸現(xiàn)“海洋工程”、“船舶融資”兩大主題，體現(xiàn)“市場(chǎng)拓展、技術(shù)交流、投資合作”三大功能。

 

Shiptec China was founded in 1992，and held biennially at every even year. Four major forums are held concurrently with Shiptec China including Ocean and Marine Technology Forum, Offshore Forum China, International Shipping Forum and The North China Ship Maintenance Forum, together with varied events like technical seminars, celebrations and social activities.

 

World Maritime Fair towards Chinese Market is the main theme and, while to create a Chinese brand name in North East Asia is the goal of Shiptec China.

1.     海洋與船舶科學(xué)技術(shù)論壇

Ocean and Marine Technology Forum

以“以船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)為橋梁，認(rèn)知海洋、開發(fā)海洋、管控海洋、和諧海洋，發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)，建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國”為主題，圍繞海洋強(qiáng)國與船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)、海洋開發(fā)對(duì)中國未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略意義、海洋開發(fā)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品、“蛟龍”號(hào)及深潛技術(shù)、我國深海油氣開發(fā)與海洋工程裝備發(fā)展、海洋波浪能發(fā)電技術(shù)、海洋風(fēng)電開發(fā)與應(yīng)用、低碳環(huán)保經(jīng)濟(jì)性是衡量船舶產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭力的尺子、遠(yuǎn)洋漁業(yè)船舶的技術(shù)發(fā)展與需求、遼寧省海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃等內(nèi)容，邀請(qǐng)業(yè)內(nèi)專家，學(xué)科領(lǐng)軍人物，進(jìn)行專題報(bào)告。

The forum will go a little bit further than shipbuilding and touch the topics on ocean technology to be in line with the state development plans and policies of better exploring the vast oceans and building a stronger ocean state in the world. Shipbuilding will be a bridge here to connect with ocean related topics including deep sea exploration technology and facilities development, offshore wave and wind power generation, ocean fishing technology and vessels etc. High profile experts will be invited.

2.國際海洋工程裝備發(fā)展論壇

Offshore Forum China

以“深海開發(fā)與海洋工程裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)”為主題，新增若干熱點(diǎn)議題，包括中國招商主管部門解讀海洋工程裝備制造業(yè)的最新政策，深水油氣勘探開發(fā)對(duì)海工裝備的需求，海洋工程裝備技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新及用于開發(fā)深水工程項(xiàng)目的新技術(shù)（包括安全、環(huán)境管理等）。來自國內(nèi)外海洋工程裝備權(quán)威用戶、著名研究機(jī)構(gòu)和制造企業(yè)的專家蒞臨會(huì)議并發(fā)表精彩演講。

This forum is themed on deep sea oil&gas exploration and offshore facilities industry adding more hot topics including the interpretation of latest state policies by related governmental departments, the demand for offshore facilities to explore deep-see oil&gas, innovations in offshore equipment and new technologies(safety, environment protection etc.) Renowned speakers will be invited from the fields of offshore facilities end users, research institutions and manufacturers.

3.國際航運(yùn)論壇

 International Shipping Forum

以“航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)”為主題，圍繞行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、航運(yùn)政策解讀、航運(yùn)相關(guān)法律問題探討、航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)分析與研究、航運(yùn)金融服務(wù)與創(chuàng)新等內(nèi)容，邀請(qǐng)國家交通運(yùn)輸部、中國船東協(xié)會(huì)、國家開發(fā)銀行、海事免費(fèi)等行業(yè)組織、主管部門、研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行專題報(bào)告。

This forum is themed on opportunities and challenges in the current shipping market. The invited experts from Ministry of Transport, China Shipowners’ Association, China Development Bank and maritime administrations will present their thoughts on the situation of the current shipping industry, to interpret state policies, legal issues, shipping finance and innovations etc.

4.國際船東機(jī)務(wù)大會(huì)—北方機(jī)務(wù)論壇

International Ship Maintenance Conference – the North Forum

以“現(xiàn)代船隊(duì)安全技術(shù)管理對(duì)策”為主題，圍繞節(jié)能和雙燃料對(duì)策、壓載水處理、北斗網(wǎng)站對(duì)中國船隊(duì)的意義、油渣粉碎再燃燒及其脫硫進(jìn)展、公約規(guī)范等內(nèi)容。組織修船廠、船級(jí)社、配套企業(yè)與船東機(jī)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流洽談。

This forum is themed on safety technology management measures of modern fleets, while topics of energy saving and dual fuels, ballast water treatment, Beidou Navigation Satellites and its importance to Chinese fleets, secondary 信息bustion of grease and desulfurization and recent conventions will be discussed at the forums. Business meetings will also be 網(wǎng)站anized for the ship maintenance people to meet their counterparts from shipyards, classification societies, ship suppliers etc.
